Petar Vojvodić: professional background and areas of work

How does my training inform clinical practice?

Medical education, specialist training in psychiatry and REBT psychotherapy underpin my work with adults and couples. Psychiatric assessment considers difficulties, their duration and the circumstances in which they arise. The focus and approach of psychotherapy are agreed according to individual needs. See psychiatry and psychotherapy for practical appointment information.

What was the focus of my doctoral work?

My doctorate concerned the standardisation of the Montgomery–Åsberg Depression Rating Scale in Serbia. I defended the thesis in 2020 at the University of Kragujevac. That interest in assessment and measurement continues through psychometrics and medical research. Each selected publication has a source link so readers can examine its question, method and findings.

How does practice connect with work in organisations?

Leading Psihocentrala also involves team organisation, communication and the coordination of different needs. Consulting addresses relationships and ways of working within a company. Coaching focuses on an individual’s professional decisions and development. We clarify the purpose of an engagement and the boundaries between these areas before starting.

Where can professional information be checked?
