PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The working arrangement.

One-hour sessions

Individual sessions last 60 minutes, in Serbian or English. We agree the frequency according to your needs and goals.

An agreed starting point

We clarify your goal and agree the initial scope, fee and meeting arrangements before beginning. The number of sessions depends on the situation and is discussed together.

Progress in everyday work

We return to concrete situations: a difficult conversation, a decision or a boundary at work. Together we review what you tried, what changed and what needs further attention.

INDIVIDUAL WORK

From expertise to leadership.

Expertise does not remove uncertainty, pressure or the complexity of relationships. A promotion, new responsibility or important professional decision can raise questions that have little space in the working day.

Through executive coaching I work with leaders, executives and experts across industries. The focus is on a particular professional situation, agreed goals and patterns that influence how you work.

Decisions and responsibility

Examining priorities, dilemmas and how you take and share responsibility.

Relationships and influence

Communication, collaboration, boundaries and difficult conversations with colleagues and teams.

Changing professional roles

Moving into leadership, changing environments or considering the next step in a career.

A sustainable way of working

Understanding personal expectations and patterns under demanding conditions and sustained pressure.

How we work together

We begin with a conversation about your situation and what you would like to achieve. Together we clarify goals and agree a framework. During the engagement we return to those goals and consider what is changing in your experience and way of working.

If an employer sponsors coaching, confidentiality and any process information that may be shared are agreed in advance. Individual conversations and an organisational engagement have distinct roles.

Coaching and clinical work

Coaching addresses professional development and agreed work-related goals. Psychiatric assessment and psychotherapy have a different purpose and clinical framework. If a need for that support emerges, it is considered separately.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS INDUSTRIES

Leaders and experts from different environments.

My experience includes individual coaching with professionals employed by companies such as Coca-Cola and Hemofarm. This describes the professional backgrounds of individuals I have worked with; it does not imply a corporate engagement or endorsement by those companies.

Executive coaching: questions we clarify together

What can I bring to a session?

Executive coaching can begin with a specific decision, a difficult conversation or a change in professional role. You may want to delegate more clearly, set a boundary or respond differently to feedback. We start with a situation in which you would like to make a change.

What does progress look like?

We connect your goal with actions in everyday work. We examine what you tried, how others responded and what you learned about your expectations. This keeps executive coaching grounded in your experience, with room to revise the goal as the work develops.

How do we choose the right kind of support?

For questions involving the wider team, see people and culture consulting. Where difficulties substantially affect mood, sleep or daily functioning, we discuss a separate clinical assessment. The purpose and boundaries of each engagement are agreed at the beginning.

My training includes REBT psychotherapy. The Albert Ellis Institute overview of REBT explains that clinical approach; it does not replace the distinct professional development goals we set for coaching.

A conversation is a good place to start.

Tell me what you have in mind, and we can explore the right way to work together.
